These terms apply to all users of san-mar-lopar.com. They do not constitute a booking contract; a binding rental agreement is concluded separately in writing once availability is confirmed and a deposit is received.

All content on this website (texts, photographs, logos, prices) is the property of San Mar Lopar or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Prices and availability shown are indicative and subject to confirmation. We make every effort to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee completeness at all times.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding reservation. A reservation is only confirmed once we have replied in writing confirming availability, you have received and signed the rental agreement, and the required deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without giving reasons.

4. Rental conditions (summary)

Full house rules and rental conditions are provided with the booking confirmation. In summary:

• Check-in: 16:00 – 23:00 | Check-out: 07:00 – 10:00
• Minimum stay: 7 nights (villa), 3 nights (apartments, peak season 7 nights)
• The property is non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed without prior written agreement.
• Tourist tax (sojourn tax) is payable locally and is not included in quoted prices.
• Cancellation policy and deposit terms are stated in the individual rental agreement.

5. Liability

San Mar Lopar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or technical issues. Our liability for personal injury caused by negligence is not limited by these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rijeka, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
